Yes. The gift message is optional and the "From" field can be left blank, so the bouquet arrives without your name on it. Our driver will not share your details with the recipient.

Our driver calls the recipient before arriving. If nobody answers, we contact you to arrange a second attempt or leave the order with a doorman or neighbour if you approve it.

Cash on delivery, Visa or debit card, InstaPay, and e-wallet transfers are all accepted. Card payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.

Fresh flowers usually last five to seven days. Trim the stems every couple of days, change the water, and keep the vase out of direct sun and away from fruit — the ethylene fruit gives off makes flowers wilt faster.

Yes. We handle event flowers, venue decoration and custom arrangements. Get in touch on WhatsApp with your date, venue and rough budget and we will put a proposal together.

Very close, but not identical. Flowers are seasonal, so bloom size, shade and stage vary naturally. If a specific flower is unavailable we substitute the closest match and let you know first whenever we can.

Yes. Pick any future date and time window at checkout. For birthdays and anniversaries we recommend booking a few days ahead, especially around Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

Yes, until a florist starts on it: open My Orders and press Cancel order. If you already paid online, we refund you by hand — usually within a few working days. Once the arrangement is being prepared the button disappears; message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can still change.
