Welcome to Blomya Events & Flowers. By using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Users confirm that all information provided during account registration or order placement is accurate and complete.
Blomya provides:
- Fresh flower arrangements and floral design services.
- Event and celebration planning, decoration, and coordination services.
- Gifts and event-related products.
- Delivery, setup, and installation services where applicable.
- Fresh flowers are seasonal products, and flower size, shape, bloom stage, and appearance may naturally vary depending on season and availability.
- Slight variations in flower colors may occur compared to images displayed on our website, application, or social media platforms due to the natural characteristics of flowers, seasonal changes, and photography lighting conditions.
- Blomya will make every reasonable effort to create arrangements that closely match the displayed design and overall style.
- Minor differences in flower size, color shade, bloom stage, or natural appearance shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for refunds, returns, or compensation.
- If a specific flower color is unavailable, Blomya may substitute it with the closest available color or similar flower type after consulting the customer whenever possible.
- If more than two essential flower varieties included in the original design are unavailable, Blomya will contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.
- If more than two essential flower varieties are unavailable and the customer does not approve the proposed alternatives, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- All product images are for illustrative purposes and represent the overall style and design concept. Exact duplication cannot be guaranteed due to the natural characteristics of flowers.
- An order is considered confirmed only after full payment or payment of the agreed deposit.
- Blomya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, fraud concerns, or product unavailability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice before an order is confirmed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- Blomya shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or recipient details.
- Blomya shall not be responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
- While Blomya strives to deliver within the selected time frame, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Flowers and Gifts
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Once preparation has begun, Blomya reserves the right to deduct actual costs incurred.
Events and Celebrations
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for an 80% refund of amounts paid.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are subject to deduction of all actual costs and expenses incurred.
- Deposits become non-refundable once preparations, reservations, supplier bookings, or production activities have commenced.
- Customers may request to reschedule an event subject to availability.
- Additional fees may apply due to changes in date, venue, scope, or service requirements.
- Any issue with a delivered order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Blomya may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, Blomya may offer:
- Product replacement.
- Re-execution of the service.
- Store credit.
- Partial or full refund.
- Natural variations in flowers.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Recipient refusal to accept the order.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Blomya's control.
- Damage occurring after the customer or recipient has received the order.
All logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, content, and materials displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Blomya and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Blomya is committed to protecting customer information and processing personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- Blomya's total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
- Blomya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Blomya shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or utility failures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
